The lift had to fit a new floor opening, with doors that matched the building’s timber joinery.
Our solution: Hydraulic Platform Lift
We installed a 400kg APL Hydraulic Platform Lift through a new floor opening, needing a pit of just 66mm. The 1,280 x 1,100mm platform enters on one side at the lower level and on the other at the upper level.
Half-hour fire-rated oak-veneer doors match the offices, and the lift was handed over in autumn 2022.
