Hydraulic goods lifts for warehouses, mezzanines and food production
The APL Hydraulic Goods Lift moves goods and one operator between up to five floors, with capacities from 300kg to 5,000kg and up to 16m of travel.
Operator on board
Certified for goods and one operator on board, with a 1,800mm protection panel, double-ray perimeter photocells and hold-to-run dual controls.
Self-supporting structure
The structure can be completely self-supporting up to 600kg and does not need anchoring to landings, making it a suitable solution for industrial mezzanines.
Finishes for any environment
Hot-dip galvanising for systems exposed to bad weather, marine paint for saline atmospheres and stainless steel for the food industries.
Safety built in
The safety coefficient of the chains is above 8, a sensor monitors each chain for slackening, and the lift descends automatically to the lower floor in a power failure.
Remote monitoring
U-cloud puts your goods lift data in one portal, with real-time indicators for predictive maintenance and links to other Industry 4.0 automation.

The APL Hydraulic Goods Lift can be installed in a shaft with a supporting wall, or supplied with its own metal structure, including a fully self-supporting version for industrial mezzanines. Pit and headroom depend on capacity, from a 120mm pit and 2,150mm headroom on smaller models up to a 1,150mm pit on the four-cylinder 5,000kg version. Platform sizes are bespoke. Exact dimensions, pit, headroom, structural support and openings are project-specific. A survey should verify measured space, fixing points, access for installation and any builder or electrical works before the design is signed off.
What can the APL Hydraulic Goods Lift carry, and what is its load capacity?
Capacities range from 300kg to 5,000kg, with operator-on-board use available up to 4,000kg. For heavier loads over shorter travel (up to 6m), our APL Goods Scissor Lift is available with up to 10,000kg.

With the operator-on-board outfitting, the APL Hydraulic Goods Lift automatically descends to the lower floor in the event of a power failure and includes an emergency dialler (landline or GSM). The full procedure will be demonstrated upon handover.
