A commercial building in the City of London needed to move goods between three floors of back-of-house space.
The lift had to go in with minimal building work and very little pit or headroom.
Our solution: Hydraulic Goods Lift
We installed an APL Hydraulic Goods Lift in a self-supporting anthracite grey structure, needing only a 120mm pit and 2,460mm headroom. The 1,700 x 1,300mm chequer-plate platform travels 4,590mm, with 1,100mm parapets and full-height metal landing doors.
Automatic load control is fitted, and the control cabinet sits on the lowest floor. The lift was commissioned in March 2024.
